COVID VACS UPDATE


PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ATTEND YOUR SECOND VACCINE APPOINTMENTS. WE HAVE HAD A LOT OF DNA'S AND WE DO NOT WANT WASTED VACCINES.  WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL GET A SECOND VACCINE IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND YOUR BOOKED APPOINTMENT.


NHSE are now inviting patients 18 and over to attend Central Birmingham Millenium Point Mass vaccination centre and others, this is an alternative to  your local PCN run clinics, but if you wish to book and attend the Birmingham Clinics please follow the instructions on the letter when you receive it or visit www.nhs.uk/conditions.coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccine/ 


The surgery and local PCN are continuing to do 2nd vaccines and when vaccines are available 1st vaccines too.


If you have a mobile telephone number that you are happy for us to identify as your preferred method of contact (we can then send you text invitations / messages which saves time in getting messages to you) please let us know by texting the words "sms consent" to 07756525536 with your full name, we will then amend your records. Thank you

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
