 WEEKEND TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS


 Due to the increased workload on 111 / BADGER and A&E,  North Solihull practices have joined together to offer telephone consultations to patients who have urgent medical problems that can not wait until surgery reopens. Saturday and Sunday  9 am to 12 midday please call 0121 770 4484 and a clinician will call you back for a consultation. Outside of these times when we are closed please call surgery and listen to up to date advice re out of hours contacts. Have a good weekend.

Appointments

You can now book some routine appointments online for our doctors and ANPs (Advanced Nurse Practitioners) by clicking on the above link.

These include 'face to face' appointments when you need to actually see someone, or telephone appointments for less serious issues when the clinician will be able give verbal advice, issue prescriptions, sick notes etc.

(We will endeavour to contact you as near possible to your appointment time but please make sure you record the number you wish to be contacted on.)

Details of session times are given below:

circled_dayDoctors/nurses surgeries run throughout the morning and early evening.  Patients are seen by appointment and you can book up to 3 weeks in advance.

We do hold back some slots for urgent on the day appointments. Please only ask for an urgent appointment when you have a problem that really cannot wait.

We also offer telephone appointments each day .

Extended Hours

Appointments out of core surgery hours are available at the North Solihull Consortium Hub at Chelmsley Wood Primary Care Centre, Crabtree Drive, Chelmsley Wood. Appointments can be booked via your own practice ( this is not a walk in / emergency facility) weekday evenings and Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
