 Flu Vaccines 2020


We will be providing Flu vaccines from the latter part of September, initially for those patients usually eligible.   We are working on plans to do this in a way that will not put patients at risk and will be sending details and invitations nearer the time.

In the case of a serious illness that cannot wait until the next day, if you ring the surgery a recorded message will give you the number to ring to make contact with an emergency doctor.  The practice uses a deputising service for-out-of hours services.  Please restrict calls to emergencies only.

NHS Walk-in Centres

The nearest NHS walk-in centres to this practice are:

    • Boots the Chemist Ltd, Lower Ground Floor, 66 High Street, Birmingham, B4 7TA.  Telephone 0121 255 4500.  The centre is open from 8am – 8pm, Monday to Friday and 11am- 5 pm on Sundays.
    • In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.  

For non urgent advice please call NHS 111 Open 24 hours a day 365 days a year for none urgent medical advice.
