New Online Consultation Service

GP Appointments/ Admin Queries/ Prescription requests – changes from October 1st 2025

Right person, right time, first time!

We have changed how you contact and get help from the surgery. All requests for non- urgent GP appointments, as well as questions about administration will need to be submitted through an online forms. You can find these forms on oursurgey website, via the NHSapp, by calling us, or visiting the surgery in person.

What happens next?

Your request will be reviewed by a GP and you will receive a response within 1 Working day .

For urgent help, call the surgery. If the surgery is closed then visit NHS 111 online. In an emergency call 999.

Online forms are open from 08.00am - 18.30pm Monday - Friday.
