Additional appointments for GP's, ANP's, Nurses and HCA's are available for Manor House Lane and Marston Green Surgeries patients (along with another 9 North Solihull Practices) at the NSC Hub located at Bosworth Medical Centre, Chelmsley Wood B37 5BU. 

These are bookable in advance ( no walk in facility) via your usual GP practice. 

Appointments available:

• Monday to Friday  18.30 to 20.00
• Saturday 09.00 to 17.00
• check if there is some Sunday availability with your practice 

In the case of a serious illness that cannot wait until the next day, if you ring the surgery a recorded message will give you the number to ring to make contact with an emergency doctor.  The practice uses a deputising service for-out-of hours services.  Please restrict calls to emergencies only.

For non urgent advice please call NHS 111 Open 24 hours a day 365 days a year for none urgent medical advice.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.  

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
